What this is

At a conference you meet more people in two days than you can remember in two weeks. This site is for the moment you meet someone and for everything after.

  • When you meet: a QR intro card that shares your links in one scan, with documents like a resume kept off the public card and shared only through a separate code you control. Its link never changes, so you can print it. It works offline, because venue Wi-Fi does not.
  • After: a private list of the people you met, tagged by event. Dictate a note after a conversation and it becomes a summary, the commitments you made, and a drafted follow-up with a due date. Ask questions about anyone you met. All of it is private to you.

How AI is used, and what leaves this site

Some features send text or audio to a third-party AI provider to do their work. This is the honest list of when that happens:

  • Voice notes. Your recording is sent for transcription and then discarded. It is never stored here, and the app only ever asks you to dictate after a conversation. It does not record live conversations, and you should not use it to.
  • Your notes about people you met. Summaries, recall, reports, the per-person question box, and search over your own notes all send the relevant notes to the AI provider to produce an answer.
  • Uploaded PDFs. Text is extracted from the file and the file itself is discarded; the extracted text may be sent to the AI provider to suggest profile fields you review before saving.

Your notes may describe other people who never agreed to any of this, so keep them factual and professional, and delete anything you would not want that person to read. Your data is not used to train any model, and nothing here is sold or shared with advertisers.

Privacy

  • Your email is used only for verification, for sending you your own link, and for follow-up reminders you can turn off. It is never shown to anyone.
  • Your profile is private. People who scan your card see only what you put on the card: your name, photo, school or company, LinkedIn, and the links you added.
  • Your notes, contacts, and follow-ups are yours alone. They are reachable only from your own link, never appear on your card or to the people they are about, and they are deleted with your account.
  • Documents you upload (a resume, for example) are not public. They appear only on your separate documents QR, which you show to the people you choose and can reset at any time to cut off every old copy. Photos on your card are public, because the card is.
  • The link is the key. Anyone holding your personal link can see those pages, so treat it like a password: do not post it or hand your unlocked phone around.
  • You can delete everything at any time, from My profile or via delete my data. Deletion is immediate and cascades to your notes, files, and card.

Rules of use

  • No impersonation.A card made in someone else's name is removed and the account banned.
  • Use contact details shared here for networking only, not for marketing lists.
  • Do not record live conversations. Dictate afterwards, in your own words.
